Excellent training skills

The most challenging thing about my job is dealing with elderly customers who have difficulty in understanding and working with our systems, although It is no train smash because we are trained for this. A typical work day is dealing with phone calls and solving queries. I have a great relationship with my co- workers because the secret is "It's better when we do it as a team", It also helped working together because my manager Is the best at leading and helping her staff grow. At cruise have learnt that; Having a sense of the greater meaning of your work. How it's important to other people, not just interesting to you.

Pros: Great opportunity for self development.
Cons: Working long hours.
