Day to day empowering of tips & advise on handling audits.

different tasks every day to cope with e.g queries of SARS or administration adhoc duties to perform. I get along very well with my colleagues & like to raise my opinion if they seem to take a long way to find a solution to solve problem. When given advise by management to perform a task to make notes & have a paper trail on record whereby one can refered to .Ask and show iniative to work effectively and have no fear to ask questions. A day of joy is when I receive a positive outcome of queries of work excecuted. The best news & most challenging aspects of a day's job, is to be able to have all supporting documents acknowledge & received @ SARS for auditing.

Pros: Learning & making notes of all SARS relevant cases that I have succesfully won
Cons: I can not see that I will earn a better salary in the next 5 years as I feel that I much more worth.

Platform to learn all statuoary & administration

Everyday has a different query that needs to be resolved. SArs queries ,cash books to be captured & reconcile. Supporting documents to be completed for the auditing. logbooks on efiling to be completed. Vat input & output to be captured for bi - monthly periods. Colleagues in general are not morning people . They are more the kind of helicopter parents & thriving on procrastinating. The most challenging aspect is preparing the supporting documents for an audit at Sars. To receive a positive assessment from Sars. I have learnt that any challenges is a learning curve to enable you to grow and make notes for the future.

Cons: not be able to be acknowledge me to be an asset to them
