Great working environment to learn how to use and implement IE tools

I learned a lot on how to analyse processes and improving them.CTU Manufacturing is a woman owned manufacturing plant.The learning experience that I received there was priceless and the working environment groomed me to understand different operations and processes per department.

I've learn about I should separate work with personal issues and I should take work seriously

I've been working so nicely and professional, because, I usually work unpaid over time which I took it as professional timing when it comes to work experience, when I start working I focus and self manage my self in every work I do,and I also played good role as a team leader

Pros: From a layer to a straight knife machine operator
Cons: Long working hours
