Love working in the Education realm, and CTU has taught me alot
I love working with Students and adults that want to upskill themselves My staff are amazing and so willing to do their part and more I have learnt to be the best manager I can be My typical work day involves motivation of staff, setting daily goals for everyone, operations on the campus, dealing with students and their parents, dealing wit Corporate delegates, budgets, Invoices and many conversations.
Pros: Dealing with great staff ho respond well to motivation

Current job
cold calling to existing and new clients, do consultations, exhibitions, plan and organize events at the company,weekly admin, reports and Stats, work closely together with the whole marketing team,finance admin,on a daily basis,being in the education industry is one of the great experience as you learn along the way and enjoy the most as i work with people, most challenging aspects of my job is meeting targets on a monthly basis, great working environment, friendly co workers

Great company to start at and gain experience, no promotional opportunities If you a person of colour you are not recognised for managerial positions or supervisory positoon now thats a con for the company

Learning oppertunities
I have a very good relationship with all of my co-workers, we help each other in tasks given and we work as a team. I have learned how to work on Sage Pastel and better my knowledge in Excel and Word. I love working with different people and meeting new people in the industry and learning from them. The most challenging part of my job at the moment is suspending students because their parents aren't paying their fees, but it needs to be done.

Excellent
Good day I travel a lot to different schools and meet new people. I am incharge of the sales department and my position has increased my communication skills. I love working with different people and I have learnt that respect is a two way thing. I love travelling and meeting new people.
