Cummins is a good place to workhowever, it has a high performance cultureIt has great values and people generally work well together It is an international company that is already 100 years old. Curently Cummins is restructuring and this gives one a sense of instability as you never know when you are next to be issued a letter of retrenchment.

Pros: Great company to learn and no internal politics. Working for an international company
Cons: Very Long Hours. Pressurised environment due to high performance targets and demands
