Great working enviroment regarding working for a very small company

Learning about different people with different cultures and believes. To maintain a professional approach does not matter the situation. Learning responsibilty for your actions as here is no one else to blme but yourself and last but not high attandance rate as here is nobody at the office all day so you have to be here whether you are ill.

Pros: Short working hours
Cons: Boredom in the office no work in Winter

Wonderful Boss

I have an excellent work relationship with my collegues, I have learnt some basic bookkeeping skills which is such a pleasure. I enjoy the short work day 9-3 but that does not fullfill me

Pros: Longer annual leave than most companies
Cons: No promotion Prospects
