Learning curve

I'm working in the busiest department, it is where the action happens, receiving and releasing goods. Emails needs to be constantly checked as we communicate with our clients mostly via email, to give feedback on their oncoming shipments and what needs to be dispatched. Some shipments will be received damaged, the client needs to be informed and pictures will be sent to the client and they will let us know the way forward, whether to repackage or send the stock back to the supplier. PODs needs to be scanned and filed on a daily. Costing and invoicing are done closer to month end.

Pros: Learning different products and how to store them in the warehouse
Cons: You will be walking or standing most of the time
