Excellent learning curve

I work from Monday to Friday and I don't work on week ends. I work very well with co-workers, people's person who is always eager to work. I always get back to the employees who have payroll queries. this makes my relationship with the staff to be a good relationship. They trust me and they share even confidential staff because they know that their secrets are safe with me. I have learnt very many things in this company. People are different, and they see things differently. People's understanding is not they same so you have to explain one thing but in different ways. also i have learned that, communication is the key to any organisation. I always feel happy when I make employees happy. When their queries are sorted and they are happy, I really enjoy that. The most challenging aspect of my job is when I have a most difficult employee. who is not willing to listen. Also when they think I am a junior so they prefer to talk to a senior person.

I have learned a lot over the years. It has been a good company to work for.

Breakfast in the pause area with fellow workers. Happy environment. Good managers. Every day has its own opportunities and learning curves. Business is changing. New systems. Training sessions etc.

Pros: Lots of opportunities for experience.
Cons: Dying business
