Pros: My Boss treats us to spa days and lets us leave early of we have reached our target of invoicing for the month, we have company farm trips often for team building and every now and then tje company gets together for a breakfast or lunch.
Cons: The pressure can be hard sometimes but we always manage to push through.

Good experience
Good experience in acompletely unknown industry for me, knowledge growth and a large corporate company. The work environment is very fun and incentive driven with great ways to push for targets. The business is like a very large family and everyone works extremely hard.

Growth
Dealing with sales reps and technical staff Trying to sort out grievances as best as i can in order to come to a mutual resolve Because we are a male dominated company, I deal with a lot of type A personalities and have to try and not take anything personally or be offended by anything. The past 3 years have definitely taught me to be more resilient. The challenges i face on a daily basis i don't think i would know how to deal with them had i never been exposed to our "hardcore" environment. I've definitely grown within the group

New experience
I started working at Daisy in March 2018, it was very different for me as I had gotten used to handling my sale from start to end. However I enjoyed the new experience, I felt that I wasn't getting my moneys worth. I was promised a set basic when I went for the interview and when I received my salary everything was different.
Pros: Great opportunity for trying something new

Great learning experience
Working at Daisy has taught me a lot about keeping your foot on excellerator. Constant focus, accuracy and attention to detail is what makes the process flow efficient.
Pros: Consistency and the drive to get things done
Cons: Having to wait on others to get your work done, and can cause a delay if not managed effectively

Great Opportunity for growth
On a daily basis We as New Business Generators have the responsibility to search a locate new business opportunities for the Company, with regards to telecommunications industry or solar energy or generators I find that there are no challenges besides the fact that I can't personally go and see My clients as I book appointments for sales advisors. In general my relationship is great with regards to melt fellow co-workers as I am at work to complete My Tasked Job and not to Create friendship circles.

Excellent learning curve, and educational
Daisy Business Solutions is a good company, full of great people and had the space for me to learn, I started work at 07:30 to 16:30, I worked with the technician managers and technicians. I invoiced using OMD and did system moves for client.

Hardcore direct sales and key account management
A typical day starts of with a mewting. We look into prospects and we support each other in skills to close the deal. We follow up with a new business drive and focus on ways to enter the market. We visit our key accounts client and other opportunities and focus on what they need in support as well as what we would need to do to maintain the clinet and gwt a full wallet spent. We would then get back to the office and report on our day ect. We will there after, set up our next day and so it goes on
Pros: Great opportunity to learn how to manage your own time and push yourself for your goals

Really want to get out of the office automation industry
Daisy is a great company, I feel I have so much more to offer than where I am now, I feel growth in a company is very important I make appointment with client - foot canvassing or cold calling and go see client and provide them with turnkey solutions for there business I love my co - workers, we all have a very happy relationship and work fantastically as a team I have learnt hard work gets you places and working in a happy environment makes a huge difference I love my clients and assisting them to make there situation and businesses a better place The most challenging thing about my job is getting finance for client as banks are so strict
Pros: earning potential can be great
Cons: i have integrity and this industry tests that on daily basis
