Provide a variety of complex administrative support duties to the General Manager and Administration Manager, including : o take and deliver messages o greet visitors o monitor visitor access o coordinate parking o handle customers queries o interact with visiting vendors o provide ongoing customer service support o receive, sort and distribute mail o receive and process deliveries o schedule appointments o draft correspondence o generate reports and other documents o maintain front desk procedures including contact information, directions and frequently requested company information o scheduling, correspondence o typing, data entry

Pay attention to details ,very diligent and work to produce positive results
The feeling of working for the company it was a very good feeling.work schedule based it was very fair although some times extra hours will be required it was a great learning experiences opportunity in the sales industry to be the best have been given to all however it was all up to individual whether they want it or not.i have learnt to work well with the team,learn to share strategics idea,exchange and implementing them to practice. what i have enjoyed most it was when you have to work with clients help them find what they looking for,help solve the problems or confusion about the product.giving a positive impression and restoring hope to them it was a great feeling and opportunity to make someone dream come true.

I have learned that working with people helps to enhance and modify your skills
I am very much dedicated to study and i am currently doing my third year at damelin college and i am a very fast learner and a person who has a very good relationship when working with other people and i have learned that if you work with other people that is when variety of ideas are generated the most challenging aspect of the job is when you are working with an angry client but that is the stage where you have to apply a way to communicate with others

I have a three years national diploma in marketing. I have worked in different companies and received all different kinds of experiences. Even on how to handle difficult customers. I have 6 years experience in sales.

Educating is learning
7 hours of lecturing straight 30 minute break learnt team work is vital time management is key co ordination skills no bonuses or incentives no holidays when students are also on holiday break unlike other TVET companies

Need a new excitement a new challenge something different like the enviroment
I love connecting with people, love leanring new exciting things. Give me a new challenge everyday. Very hardworker and a fast learner. One of the fewest who gets along with everybody professionaly and friendship. Have gerat respect for my co-workers, Always willing to lend a helping hand may look like a push over but know how to stand my ground have lots of patience (mother of two boys) Most challenging part of my jobs is dealing with peopls mood swings and them been confused that this work and not your home.
