Dear Sir/Madam I have worked in an automotive industry for more than 10 years, worked at VWSA as a Process Engineer in Paint Shop. I have worked at GMSA as a Process Engineer in Paint Shop and I had 9 Process Technicians reporting to me. I have worked at Lumotech SA as a Process Engineer in Paint Shop and Projects as well as maintaining the Paint Line. I have worked at Mahle-Behr as a Process Engineer on Tube line as well as HVAC area. I am currently working at Dana Spicer Axle as a Process Engineer and responsible for Prop Shaft line (responsible for press up machines, welding machines, straightening machines as well as balancing machines). I am responsible for Paint line (responsible for pre-treatment area, drying ovens, spray booth and curing ovens). I am responsible for the Assembling of rear axles.

Excellent learning curve

• Launch project on time, within budget • Run Prototypes through production • Implement New Project tooling • Manage calibration and gauge R&R of all the new gauges. • Do Capability studies. • Do Team leader training on New Project • Manage project readiness document • Responsible for Control Plan, PFMEA, Process Flow and Work Instruction. • Lead RPN reductions. • Achieve Production Savings per year

Good mentorship

We work as a team, good communication and finish our jobs in recommended time. Assisting our customer eg production cause we for fill their requirements. Very expirienced and innovative learning and gaining more knowledge on my experience. On a day to day we tackle breakdowns and maintain the plant also adding to planned work. The respect we have for each other is out of this world and disciplined.
