Excellent Learning curve.

I usually go onsite,because we are currently running a project called(MPS)managed print services with Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Metro. On a daily basis i'm at their offices helping user to connect to the printer as well as setting up IP addresses for the new printers and servicing them when is due. I have a very good work relationship with my Co-workers, we work as a team in some cases,so it's best to keep a good relationship among us. when i 1st join the company i never knew much about the printers, but now i can tell even the error codes and how to remove/fix them. i enjoy going out to the client because that's where you can see the challenges and how to fix them. The challenging part is that you will learn knew things everyday,especially on the troubleshooting side.

Pros: Its a good company to kick off your IT career because you learn from scratch
Cons: Dealing with difficult clients at time
