Leading by example

A typical day for me would be to get early in the swing of work, plan my day. My email is very important to me to setup my calendering for week ahead.I have very hands on approach to helping my co-workers and would consider myself as a team player. I try not leave things for the next day and I am very target driven. Weakness when I cant complete something being it is out of my control. I have learnt that my customer is very important to me and would go the extramile on pre-and post sales to the customer. I enjoy the interaction with my clients and staff. I mostly enjoy having new projects or tasks to take on. The most challenging aspects of the job is not being able to do everything for everyone in the day.

Pros: Committed and loyal, I look for job security with a stable company and do not wish to jump around
Cons: Being expected to achieve something beyond your timeframe

Ok

Our company consists only of 3 people with me being the brains and the brawns. I have to scope .give clients estimates .compile bill of quantity and collect the materials and the cherry ontop is that I have to do all the installations myself while meeting customer satisfaction with utmost professionalism

Pros: Great working condition
Cons: Work to compensation ratio is off by miles
