Take out orders generated by the sale Ensure that all orders are all picked and packed Confirmation of orders and ensuring each order has its invoice. Ensure that all orders are handed over to be loaded in the trucks. To be in this position you must be able to work under pressure, there is no time to go to lunch time. Working with difficult people and s very challenging manager

Pros: The co workers have a sense of homour
Cons: No opportunity for growth. Long working hours

Fast learner

Working with a team u gain more experience and learn different thing from them but come busy days last and first week of the month those are the hectic days at work but if we work as a team every thing goes smooth most important thing its when u respect each other

It was a learning curve to be at here working for this entity.

I started being part of this entity with no experience and no skills. But during the time being within this entity. I gained a lot such skills and experience, like how to interact with clients, suppliers and most of all with colleagues and how to be a part of team. I have learnt how to prepare myself hectic days, how deal with stressful days.

Pros: They great times where by I got promoted during the years which it shows growth. It's better feeling accomplished those promotions within the entity
Cons: Oh yes there were times where I have to work long hours, eg due to the system when it's down and we haven't reached the days target. Sometimes I have to work extra hours reason being we busy with stock taking
