Excellent Learning Curve

Working within the Construction Industry especially Renewable Energy has been very exciting. I have learned a lot over the past two years especially within the health and safety aspect of my work. I had extensive experience within the Quality Management of multi million dollar projects and seeing the project grow from start to end is quite the experience. I've learnt allot about cable installation at the wind farm in the northern cape.

It's been a huge learning experience for Me, I started out as an admin clerk and worked my way up to a assistant supervisor I still do my admin work in the morning and supervise my team after im done with my admin work. And I've learnt allot of how to work within a strong an winning team and most importantly how to manage a team under my supervision

Pros: I've grown in the company
Cons: Long hours of travelling and not much money
