Make a difference

I work with all kinds of people in the manufacturing environment. Work close with all unions shop stewards. I learned to listen to peoples request and needs and by giving a ear to listen you have a good chance of a employee leaving your office with a smile and greatness that the problem were solved in a professional way. I believe if the employees in the workforce is happy the company will be a success. A good day at work is to know that I made a difference in someone life.

Pros: great company to work for if the right people are in the right chairs.
Cons: travelling from home to work is a problem

Trade test

I'm intelligent when coming to machining and settings,assembling,inspection, reading of drawing,I'm also patient person,good team leader and good to follow instructions.

Adventours

I am a vibrant individual who is always keen to add value in the company by the best in this position.I am able to work unsupervised,reliable,trustworthy,numerate and meticulous.I am also a good team player and can deal with administrative duties competently.I am a peace loving person and have respect for people as I know we live in a country rich of diversity.I really dislike discrimination as I believe each person has they role to play.

Do right at all time,and love your job

Ability to work under pressure, accurate self driven,determined, hard worker and team work, working at my company is challenge cos the relationship we have big and we all what to do good all the time,
