I have learned a lot,

I have learned a lot, lot of skills and good working environment and excellent team. Currently I am working for DCM Group as a trainer/training facilitator, I have learned a lot not only on training department, even other aspects of organizational department. I consider myself as a best candidate for this position because, I am hard worker, determined and willing to learn new aspects of the business, not only to concentrate on my field of study. I am open minded person who beliefs that you don’t need a certain qualification for you to excel on the position given. If you are determined and have passion you will conquer. I have debt recovery certificate which exposed my career to customer services environment. I was a call center agent, I do have a good customer service experience whereby I will make sure that our clients receive a quality services that will revert them to come back

Duties • Creditor Detail Verification • Updating of creditor information • Creditor Merging • Creditor Approval • Creditor Rejections • Assist creditor and Debt Counsellors telephonically and Via Email • Assisting with system logged queries • Building good relationships with credit providers • Generating payment schedules for Credit providers • Assisting with payment queries from Credit Providers • Assist with debit order when debit order consultant is not in • Checking of debit order runs and forwarding to IT once done • Loading and cancelling of client debit orders • Handling of all the inbound and outbound queries on email and telephonically • Provide system Training for five systems • Assisting Debt Counsellors with the systems we provide for loading clients, calculations, and distributions • Problem solving, error solving • Assisting DC’s, with all related system issues and guiding them on Team

Excellent learning curve

Hours are 8 to 5. Good relationships with colleagues. Challenging environment. Enjoyed the project related buying Full procurement for the five divisions of the company. No scope for growth or promotion. Long working hours with no extra compensation. No benefits offered at company. Too many employees leave because of management style. What I learned at this company is to stand up for myself and never allow anyone to disrespect me the way I have been there.

Working Environment

The working atmospheres at DCM Group is well orientated. One has the opportunity to learn more and grow. Although I am independent buy the work gives you the ability to manage yourself
