To plan for job, do proper maintanance & slove problems in the plant.

Current company is not a big plant, I learned to work on/in lost of equipment & machines. With other artisans the equipment like pumps,gear box, conveyor belts, screens, hydrulocs, apron feeder, cone crusher, Jaw Crusher, HPRC Crusher, power packs, fire lines & pumps & magnet belt

Pros: Always at work, learn the company culture & be positive

Study assistance

You are entitled to a study assistant but no garentee that there will be a promotion. Bonuses taxes are deducted heavily, you gave no joy. The annual increament has no effect on your wallet, so it makes no difference.

Cons: Accomodation is expensive, you have no joy over your income as you pay debts.
