Promote a good work ethic and student mentality.

I'm one punctual individual i prefer to get earlier before everyone at work so that i can prepare my day, so that my day can run smoothly. I have an outstanding relationship with my co-workers, we get along so well. We encourage one another. I have learnt to be very patient with myself and people and i have also learnt to work people indirect and direct. I enjoy the admin work, working hand in hand with my manager learning more about management how to work with people. I didn't enjoy recruiting.

Pros: Great opportunities i got promoted to senior admin, i develop and train new admins.
Cons: no sick leaves, no benefits and less pay

Learning opportunity

Typically go to the office in the morning 6 am, Network to learn as much from co-workers then for to the field 9 am - 5 pm and back to the office for the day's review until 7 pm. The field is where we would do in-store promotions enjoyed meeting new people everyday felt like a celebrity.

Pros: Great learning experience
Cons: Transportation fees between office and work place

Excellent learning experience

-From 07:30 to 09:00 in the morning I'm at the reception receiving second round interviews(OBSERVATIONS), counting the results and emailing them to the head office. From 09:30 to 11:30 I'm receiving first round interviews. At 11:30 I go back to my office and recruit online do scans and post job adverts on a daily basis. And training new staff -I have a very good relationship with my co-workers I'm a very good team player. We learn news things from each other. -I have learnt to deal with different personalities indirect and direct, working effectively alone and working In a fast pace environment. -Working in an excited team environment. Uplifting myself by leadership from those how are top in their field, learning people skills, sales and marketing strategies from different managers in our building. -Being overloaded with work, doing work for other offices and still being underpaid.

Cons: long hours and overloaded with work

Excellent learning and communicating curve

Im a hard working person willing to learn,i have a good work ethic,good in communicating with customers,can work with people,also a problem solver and im good with handling challenges.
