Excellent leaning experience

I was a cashier at Debonairs pizza dealing with customers service by taking delivey,collection and also dealing counter oder am verry persinate with customers and having a good communication with my customers as i like working with people.

Fast leaner

We are the good team, we respect each other , and the manager is great, although sometimes we've got defferences . I work 12 hours sum days, and half (6) sum days. I've learnt to be patient. And to accept the sitiuation if I cant change it. The most challenging aspects is when the rules change every day.

Pros: yeah its unlike staying at home, thats that.
Cons: lm used to working long hours

typical work is Friday and Saturday, good relationship wit sfaff, the most challenging aspects is to deal with customer and staff.i have learn how to deal with customer complain.ive acheave management certificate

Pros: Great opportunity willing to do my best and make the company to successfully
Cons: Both shit night or day and weekend I'm available full time with no excuse

Quick to learn

To excel in the business environment. To successfully manage an outstanding and motivated team that leads amongst its peers and in its field. To also progress within an organization, developing new and effective strategies to exceed expectations and to ensure personal targets are met , looking for growth also.

Pros: I am a friendly to all grew members and treat everyone with respect, as at working environment there has to be team work to progress. When all targets and evaluations are met I am happy, Customer satisfied I am more happy. Trying to Drive the targets and not given what I need to do so is most challenging to me.
Cons: Long hours or flexible hours I don't mind.

My role and experience working at Debonairs Pizza

Reviewing day's sales, collecting stock data, collecting information about customers complaints, analysing and interpreting the data to see the trend. Good relationship with coworkers, though challenges are there since we are a team of difference people with different characters, but the good thing is that all have a common goal of achieving Debonairs goal. The most challenging part of my job is long working hours.

Pros: Great opportunity for career growth since we meet different kinds of people with different skills

Good experience

I work every day of a moth excluding four days in of which was never a problem but the problem is when I have to become a driver and the store manager at the same time BT still nt getting paid for another duty.I enjoy my job very much and I so love my job , but as I already mentioned that m not having time for my line

Working long hours and it was enjoyeble

i was working at debonair for a year and above and i was working seven hours a day or more and one double shift per week for double shift a month. The relationship was very good and we had good understanding of each other and we was always helping each to promote a good term work. i learnt a lot from there like how to work with people who have a different attitude and how to understanding people with their issues and why it very important to listen and understand before any recommendation. i really enjoy to work at the busy workplace to my performance or our performance as team. the most challenging it when client or customer complain, and when you need to sort it out as soon as possable

I am a reliable ,creative and friendly person.I am a hard worker who can work independently or collaborate with the team. I also have the ability to prioritize whilst under pressure and meet right deadlines

Quick learn, love keeping busy, little obsessive

I am not one who enjoys standing around doing nothing so i'd always look for stuff to do to keep busy. I learn fast and try not to make mistakes though nobody is perfect...

Pros: Lovely work environment
Cons: No opportunities for promotion
