Good communication skills and computer literate

Its hard working in a restaurant because you always find it hard to adjust to the working hours..my relationship is very good with my colleagues and we get along nicely...I have learnt alot I've learnt to work hard in life and be independent and get the job done in any obstacles you come across your job....what I enjoy the most is seeing people enjoying the food I make ...when it get too busy in the end of the month

I like to work with other people

It my dream to work in hospitality industry since it deals with and different people, I like new challenges Lear more about the industry, that I even work for debonair pizza cause they dealing with different pizza and different people and it was challenging, sometime meet different people with different attitude, some were rude it was challenging should be nice as possible all the times,smile even you that can't even smile,what enjoyed to work for Debonair meet different people who speak different languages

Excellent experience in customer service and staff management

The job is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in many categories of business. The marketing, the human resources, customer service, meeting deadlines, conflict resolution, planning and coordination. The growth however is very limited and the position can be quite stagnant due to the routine type of work daily.

Learning curve

It is a very busy company more especial on pay dates . We work voluntary over time because we don't knock off on times we are supposed to be knocking off . The most challenging factor is the shortage of staff . We did team work ,the relationship with my co-workers is good.

I gained an experience of handling various customer complains

I have a good relationship with my co. Workers nd we working so hard we only have one day off day but we push to hard in order to put something on the table. I gained experience of handling various customer complains as well as knowledge of communicating with various customers nd provide them with a good service under any circumstances.

Good training and communication

Good peaceful people with excellent communication skills and knows how to deal with people they have thought me alot and i have learnt more from them.They thought me how to deal with customers and how to deal with cash. They didn't take my honesty for nothing they took me seriously and they were very nice people and the staff that was working at the back and they thought me alot on how to workout things when the shop is busy we loved each other like we were one family

Honest and dedicated

I am a very honest honest loving and caring person that most people will love to work with, I usually bring changes and hope in all the employees I meet with, make them understand why we were hired and how we should reward our employers for giving us such opportunities, In my current job I sat down with all the employees and shared ideas on how we can make changes in our store and how we could work together to increase out turn -overs,those are the things that are done by those who care for people they are working for,,by giving me this opportunity it will give a chance to make your people to see things from different angle Thank you Queen
