In my time at the organisation I was exposed to a wide variety of different challenges, which allowed me to grow and excel in my position there, and well as acquire knowledge to carry into any future positions I might have. I worked with amazing people, who were always willing to help one another.

No growth in the company

I have been working here for 4 years and I have been in one position .I get along with my co workers, & the the was 1 time the was a manager who saw a potentially in but as soon as she left things went back to the way they were before she cama .

Pros: I have never been promoted

Inter-personnel growth

Daily Capturing of attendance. Maintaining of personnel files Working with site management to ensure all payroll information is accurate. Some managers do not carry their weight which makes it hard to finalize payroll. they do not submit required documents on time or do not communicate relevant and necessary information, never the less, I am able to acquire it and ensure that the payroll is not interrupted, and that there are no glitches.

Pros: Great relationship with colleagues
Cons: No opportunities for promotion

Excellent to give people your knowledge of security

I am experienced in security as an operational manager (managing all sites & guard) with knowledge of investigations. I am a responsible person, energetic, friendly, hardworking, reliable, and self-motivated & goal orientated. I am a fast learner and firm believer that skills can be learnt with the right attitude. When it comes to a team situation, I am solid team player and I exert a positive influence on fellow team members. Innovative and able to tackle any challenges.

Pros: Great opportunity
Cons: Long hours
