Great environment and work experience

No one day was the same. You had to be on your feet daily so as to meet client expectations and beat other competitors. Being a small office with three pepole manning it and a packhouse with at most 30 people, it was an enjoyable experience. First thing in the morning check that all orders had been received by the client and check if any new ordrs for tomorrows delivery are in for packing. Go to the packhouse and ensure that all the required productsvare in as well as no packaging material is short. After a brief moment in the packhouse and auditing the produce count, I would had back to the office and follow up on payments from debtors and also follow up with head office in regards to payments to creditors. Later in the afternoin after the delivery trucks had arrived from deliveries inspection of the PODs and their reconciliation was done. I enjoyed my days at Denmar. It was a wonderful experience. Most challenging bit was having to ensure that the product was fresh and passed inspection with our clients.

Good experience gainened

dayworked more than 12hrs a day Management ver biased Under paying staff Believing black people are thieveWorked alone from day one but after they wanted to blame me for mistakes that happened.what is in interview did not happen Did enjoy work from firstcweek Good relationship with colleagues Was never allowed to point was right or wrong

Leadership skill,willing to learn and ability to handle pressure

i am a fast learning lady who likes to work as team and i have an enthusiasm skill and personnel, i have a good communication skills especially to the staff and the customers also have a good relationship with my collegues, working at Denmar taught me many things like when making invoices i have to concentrate. the most challenge that i have met is that some of the customers are very rude when talking to them but i was always polite , because customer is always right everywhere.

Pros: i will work hard and learn more within the campony
Cons: i like working more hours

Excellent learning place

I really enjoy working here but as a person we need more than what we see , I've learnt a lot such as preparing shipping instructions,sending and tracking freight ,pod preparation and spreadsheet,cargo pod and spreadsheet update and ect

Pros: Great opportunity for promotion and learning
Cons: Long hours but sometimes short hours

It's a learning curve to different departments

I'm a hard working person and would like to be given opportunity on the field of food safety, quality and laboratory. Working in group works for me although I am more myself when on my own. working
