Great opportunity for experience

The working environment is very professional and friendly, colleagues assist each other and each and everyone is committed to their work. i have learnt to communicate well with different people and to work under pressure. i have also learnt to make decision on my own, and i have also learnt to solve problems. I have learnt to work with a team and that is vital to work as a team because it gives excellent outputs. what is challenging is that when there is much pressure of work, individuals tend to have different vies therefore making it difficult to come up with solutions, since everyone wants their opinions to matter.
