My work as an Senior Accountant.

I adapt to change easily and work well under pressure. The work that I do involves getting inputs from project managers, so I had to learn to be patient and making follow ups as I have deadlines. My communication skills has also improved a lot. I enjoy working in a team and get well with my co-workers. The most challenging aspects of my job is when colleagues do not send the required information on time and I have to put on extra hours to make sure that I submit on time. Sometimes I have to walk to their offices and demand the information and let them know the implications of not submitting on time.

Pros: The work that i do has removed me from my shell and have gained more confidence and has also improved my communication skills.
Cons: Long working works and non submittion of information by project managers.

Excellent Learning Curve

A very busy day, associated with long hours of toiling and standing. In the rush of seriousness and busyness we just greet each other and share two or three words and pass one another. I have learnt patience and humility. I enjoy the extracurricular activities, debates, quiz, etc. Yet the most challenging part of the job is the promotional hierarchy; mostly a feature of comradeship than merit.

Pros: A good platform to further studies
Cons: Larger work volumes
