Good for learning experience, it's an exit strategy program and not permanent.

You get to meet youth in your community and learn eschers culture. Learn how it is to work in an administrive environment. Working day or hours is like normal school hours. You work or assist teachers with classroom activity and administration. You help in the administration department capturing data. Updating school data.. all general things as well taking the kids out to play. department or environment

Pros: Good learning experience
Cons: Not permanent and sort contracts

Excellent learning curve

My work is really challenging, I work with different people from different backgrounds. I work well in a team and as an individual. Participant call in for queries regarding their stipends . What I have learnt is that when you work with people you never have lunch time or a break , they expect to be attended no matter the time of the day .

Pros: The job kept me on my toes all the time . Learning curve
Cons: Travelling, no permanent opportunity

Excellent learning curve

My typical working day was when I had to manage the office without my supervisor.i had a very good relationship with my colleague s Couse I reali that l needed them in every thing I will be doing.l llearnt that live and respect it's a key to any relationship were it's a working relationship or romantic..i enjoy ed working with different people and understanding theme.the most challenging aspei of the job was keeping the deadline and maintaining the office without my supervisor sometimes.at

Love work and respect

I have a good relationship with my co-workers.I work 8 hours a day from 07:30 to 15:30.I have learnt how to communicate with my colleagues and behavior when you are at work,how to build a relationship with my colleagues.I have enjoyed of go out to help our communities with my work colleagues,going to areas i never been to.The most challenging is preparing of trip authorities,working out overtime worked by the team.

Pros: like to work outside office
Cons: dont like lazy people

I had learn to work under no supervision, to work under pressure, multi-tasking and to stay focus.

It was a great experience, I was given wings to fly and I took the opportunity. I worked well with my colleagues and my boss. What I liked is that the goals had to be met as a team but people we were as an individually but had to encourage and push each other to achieve the goal.

Pros: To work along with someone that trust and depend on you
Cons: My colleagues first they were undermining me because I'm new and young.
