Good and safe working environment

The HR Development Office that I worked in deal with ensuring successful execution of tasks through training of officials. There's a excellent relationships between sectors which ensures the work flow is achieved. Working at the HR Development Office equipped me with necessary skills that are required to carry out tasks involving the development of employees. And Accommodation of new joining employees. The job enables me to explore the work place in a adaptable perspective. The workload has always been the challenge but the effective way to manage it makes it all easy. Dealing with employees sometimes can be a hard tasks since it's our duty to make them feel Wellcome and to enroll the tasks of the following day.

Hard worker and quick learner

I have 11 years HR administrator experience,2 years compliance manager and 8 years communicationn manager.Im harfeorking ,a quick.learner,like to br challenged,meticulious,fair and motivate staff a lot to uplift their work perfomance

I have learn

It was my first practical job after varsity. I have to do office administration most of the time. There were challenges of working under pressure as hard as it was I gained experience on how to tackle such challenges. My relationship with my callegues was good. I respect young and old ones. Loving being help full to them because it made me learn more about the different offices in corporate services. I enjoyed getting the task done in time and getting good remarks when I have done good in some tasks.
