Great interaction
Great interaction with different people everyday. But it is nerve racking having to work with potential covid 19 suspects. Great opportunity to work with the department of education.

Excellent skills in training and development
It is a very big department and the job I do can be done by 2 to 3 people. We are understaffed and the department does not advertise more posts. I work perfectly well with my subordinate but not too good with my supervisor because we disagree on most things she does. I have acquired more skills and knowledge in the training and development unit and I also facilitate some trainings in the department and other departments. I also work with experiential learners and the work is very challenging as I have to monitor all of them.
Pros: Development can be there if posts are advertised
Cons: Sometimes I don't do lunch to get the job done

IM GOOD AT TYPING AND ALSO PRINTING. AND IM A TOLARENT PERSON IM GOOD AT WORKING WITH PEOPLE.I HAVE LEARNT THAT ITS GOOD TO BE HONEST AT WORK AND KINDLY.I ENJOY TO COMMUNICATE WITH PEOPLE.

I am Phelokazi Manzebe. I consider myself to be a hardworking and loyal individual. I have experience in basic administration, sales and customer services. I am computer literate in Microsoft Word and can use internet and email. I am eager to learn and believe in always developing new skills. I am a fast learner and can work without supervision once taught something new. I have a pleasant demeanor and enjoy working with people and as part of a team. I am comfortable working with people at all levels in the private and public sector. I am flexible and can work alone or as part of a team. I am very direct and therefore appreciate feedback from my line manager so that I can know how to improve on my skills. With the experience I have gained from my previous positions, I believe that I will be an asset to your company. I will always strive to do my best and act in the best interest of the company if I am successful in the position.

New work evironment, work experience, new possibilities
I have worked 20 years at my current company, I have learned all there is to learn in my current post level and work from 7 to 16. My job requirements is to be friendly, efficient, dedicated and on the ball. I work in Finance directly related to the Tax fuctiality of the Department. I enjoy being precise and accurate. the most difficult part of my day is working with difficult customers who does not understand the system of regulations. I work well with my colluegeus and we work well as a team.

Great Place for employment but I am not happy about being on contract
A typical day at my office rather quiet unless schools are having a challenge with their individual database. A good relationship needs to be built with all the schools supporting staff as they are the main link to having reliable data on their databases. I have learnt that good database administration is more than just the information on the database but relationships you build with the different schools in order to have a good working relationship and ethic. I enjoy being able to assist a The most challenging aspects of the job is when the system behaves in a manner that does not assist schools especially when deadlines have to be met. ll my clients with all their daunting challenges that they come across during time of hard pressure.

Excellent working curve
It was a great opportunity to work with department . thethe were giving as enough time to practice a day too day work on our own.we have our own working resources and enough working hours.they are very open-minded in terms of teams working,good decision and good communication wth other colleges.. I have more of knowledge and skills from department of education e.g communication skill,time management,decision making and problem solvibg.. they were giving us free workshop where we improve our self.. what I mostly enjoy it when I employeemply a teacher and capture all information on perusal system and get it all correct,attebding workshop,doing presentation about your daily work to the supervision.. attending meetings Becaus am a minute writtenof rewriter...yes everything has it own chall.. the worse moment when there is a lot of files that need to be captured...o when a client came ask about his or her salary then if you try to explain that person want everything to happen just now.of education.they
