mnworking in my company is a bit hard mainly because there are no resources,the workers do not know how to use computer everything I learnt I did on my own I trained my self but I love it where I am because there alot of capturing and filing that is done and I have my own computer to work with so I can familiarise myself with using a computer.

Good learning curve
The relatonship with my collegues are very good , we talk each other and we love and care each other.Ive lean'nt so much thngs especially in Supply chain management, budget and expenditure management, financial statements , revenue management and theoretical understanding of treasury functions. I njoy my job especially in Finance ,infact everything in accounting and finance things. The most challenging in my job is internet network especially when we have to pay our cliets.

Excellent learning curve
My day to day revovles around assisting educators with teaching learners, do all typing of school tasks and make copies. I havve a very good relationship with my co-workers, I share what I know with them and allow them to share what they also know. I have learnt team work, communication, time manegement and I have also learnt to perform well under pressure. I enjoy administration most and educating the learners. The most challenging aspect of the job is it requires you to study all the time and be prepare all the time.

Capturing on LOGIS Main Frame & LOGIS ON LINE – payment Sign Payment Advice print-out Make Photocopies Submit payment to Head Office, Bloemfontein via post book Record firm payment on monthly (30 days) record and Accrual report. Update LOG 10 register (RQ Register and SR Register) Submit file to Finance for commitment Filling of firm file per RQ-nr. Assisting in Book Provisioning – Capturing of LTSM books and Stationery.

Excellent learning
Filing documents and controlling files. Handling incoming calls. Outgoing and internal mail and basic word processing. Administering and processing leave on PERSAL (sick leave, annual leave, family responsibility leave, pre-natal and maternity leave). Auditing leave files for leave gratuity of staff qualifying for capped leave as per Leave policy and are due for retirement. Granting leave without pay to staff who took leave without approval by their superiors. Posting temporary incapacity leave forms to Thandile Health Risk Management. Termination of service for employees going out of service whether Death, Sickness, Normal Retirement, Optional Retirement and Compulsory Retirement.

Teaching
Government schools are mo longer safe for Educators. I have been affected and now currently displaced due to Political instabilities. The school has no formal security measures, At random anyone can enter the school and victimise anyone and police station is over 40km away

I have learned a lot in the organization and also gained experience of working industry
I probably enjoy learning about different working industry's in order to have ideas on how to keep the company growing and have high quality of service, I can manage working with different people as team to share ideas and have others opinions and l always make good relationship with my colleges to keep our working environment in healthy or in good condition. I have learned that in working industry be self-motivation, be honestly can make sassefully of company work. I enjoy working with other people sharing ideas. The most challenging part where people don't fish they duty at a given time and aspects one person to do all the tasks which can lead to lower performance
Pros: Opportunity for promotion can be a good thing to the person who is responsible for his/her job

Great place to work for
I deal with payroll issues for educators and I do change of banking details. Solve educators problems relating to finance e. G how to get irp5, how to terminate policies and payment of allowances. I work work well in a team since we work hand in hand with Human Resources. I have learned good many different skills that I now utilize in my work placeth payroll issues for educators

Excellent expirience
The expirience i gained in department of education can bring a lot of changes.and the working environment is excellent. The opportunities of promotions are less.
