A wonderful development opportunity and experience. Quite a number of growth a promotion opportunities, definitely worth the effort and labor. Healthy environment because of the helpful and cheerful staff. Though not without its challenges of reaching deadlines and at time miscommunication, one leaves having learned how to resolves such matters and having composure through times of pressure and being able to complete the tasks in a timely and reasonable fashion
Pros: Excellent development.
Cons: No weekends off.

Place of growth and excellence
Simple working place, I relate well with colleagues and students during class and training. I have learnt how to approach problems and to define them to students. I enjoy working together with others and by myself. The most challenging aspect is having to learn new things everyday and also to explain them to clueless people.

Excelent learnong curve
I work from monday to thursday. I work 6 hours a day. I have a good working relationsheep with my colleagues Any travelling arranged by DHET is paid by the department.I have learnt to be patient and make sure that everybody understand what I teach them.The most challenging aspect of my job is that I must take my job and finish at home.
Pros: Great opportunity of a better salary when I bring on new qualifications
Cons: Too much paper work
