I am submitting the enclosed resume for consideration of the Maintenance Supervisor's Position, which was published in Jobs indeed website. My background has given me the hands on experience in most facts of Construction management and supervision that would contribute to your organisation’s goals and objectives. Where else my qualification (National Diploma in Building), qualifies me to be the precise candidate to join your team. However, the projects which were permanently allocated to me to manage were the Storm Damaged Housing Projects that fall within the Ladysmith / Emnambithi area. Furthermore, I am also holding a 1 year experience in Quantity Surveying acquired at Department of Public Works under UmuhleDevelopment cc. While working at UmuhleDevelopment cc, I was exposed and involved in various Company Projects, being responsible for all Junior Quantity Surveyor’s obligations.

Auditing of leave files Capturing of leave (normal sick leave, vacation, maternity leave, family responsibility, special leave, incapacity, unpaid leave, ill health retirement) Processing of stop order Processing of exit cases : Death cases, Normal retirement, early retirement, resignation, Discharge for Misconduct, Severance package Implementation of allowances , Overtime, housing allowance, application for new home –owner’s allowance, paid up home owner’s allowance, application for rental allowance, fuel and maintenance allowance, long service award Proceeding of dedications and stop orders: Processing of resettlement and incidental expenses Processing of incapacity leave, short period and long period for those who no longer have sick leave. then employee has to apply for incapacity which is submitted to thandile health risk management Administration and implementation of injury on duty

Great career growth

I am a go getter, I always met my deadlines .I work well with a team and also great working by myself .I have learned that each and every person in an organisation is important and working together ensures great growth of the company.I enjoy working with numbers and solving problems. The most challenging aspects of my job is travelling .

Great learning curve in terms of engaging with the community

It is a good place to spend most of your time. Fellow colleagues are very helpful and are very cohesive. I have learnt a lot on how the public sector operates as well as with their stakeholders. Gained much experience on community engagements and other public sector outreaches. I enjoy planning and organizing events, especially outreach programmes which serve to benefit the community at large. The most challenging aspects of the job would be working overtime, weekends and on holidays. Another challenge would be travelling in various cities around the province as it can be tedious.

Very challenging but experience wise

Stock order review,purchase order creation,intersites,order placement,checking shipments,material handling, receipting,put away,cycle counts,bin verification and invventory projects. I have got my own agencies but usually is a simillar job with my colleagues and usually prefer working as a team and i can also work independently without supervision. I like sharing ideas and again always accept corrections.

Consistance

am the person who always looking forward to learn knew thing and am a responsible person,ability to handle presure ,ability to work as individual as well in a team work and a person who willing to work under presure

Pros: I follow my job discription in a daily basic and follow the instraction from my supervisor
Cons: I use to capture the payment in a daily basis and clearing my bank adjustment as well am the person who responsible for cash office and working with payment on the unit(multi task)

I am a dedicated person who is not afraid of facing challenges

I am a person who interact easily with my co-workers I am open minded person I enjoy challenges and I am always keen to learn I belive in alway listening to other peoples opinions , scrutinise them and see what or where they can be used to improve the performance within the Company

Pros: Meeting the deadlines and assisting public to own their houses
Cons: Not being able to assist everyone becase of the shortage of land to build houses

Good work exposure

Spent 8 hours a day and 5 days a week. I had a great time with the co-workers. I have great and challenging aspects of financial environment.pw
