Im a lady of 33 of age who is intelligent and open minded, loves to cook and loves music
My work is cery challenging because everyday you get different matters or applications. I really enjoying of working in Human Resource even though it has lot of work and needs more attention. I have learnt a lot because if re working with people you need to work as a team, you need to organise your work and plan it how are you going to do it.

Excellent learning curve
Been working for the department of justice for more than 10 years but for 3 years I was a contract until in 2012. Work in many sectors started as a Assets controller, then I was a PA/Secretary to the Area court manager,I worked in criminal section,finance & family court section. Working as team with my colleagues. Making sure that clients are happy before leaving our office. I enjoy my job because I have learn a lot including anger management, time management, conflict & problems. Reaching a dead line. Challenges I face is giving a best feedback to a client immediately since we can't do that because there are procedure to be followed and Acts to quote and following the policy therefore clients always don't understand that.

Opportunities in both private and public sector legislative universe
TAGood working environment. Always being provided with opportunities to learn and gro. Encourage innovation and willingness to learn. Consistently encourages employees to attend compliance management courses to ensure that corporate culture is maintained. I think the provisions of certain safety legislation are not complied with, however, suggestions are welcome as to whether they are taken into consideration is another matter very good eVery good learning experience and opportunities. Challenging in terms of statistics
At first it is pleasant, but over the years work becomes redundant. The increase of work is not compensated with an increase of staff and salary as well.

I adapt very well to each and every work environment. I am willing to learn more from others.
I have a very good working relationship with my colleagues. I have learned all the criminal including civil procedures of the courts even before I finish my zLLB degree.

Excellent learning curve
I have a great relationship with my co-workers and have gained experience in finance. I am also a trainer for SAP system which is called Mojapay and been a roll out facilitator throughout the Gauteng Region

Excellent Learning curve
Department of Justice is a big government entity and its main focus is to provide Justice for all. My job involves among others to interact with different stakeholders daily and also assist and listen to the public's needs. I like listen to public and assisting them when they are in need. Through my job i have learnt to communicate with different people at different levels.

Excellent job experience of working in the different sectors at the Department of Justice.
I get to meet and work with all types of people - professional as well as members of the public. I adhere to the Batho Pele principles and enjoy working and assisting members of the public. I have an excellent relationship with my co-workers and a counselor for employees. The most challenging aspects of my job is to work with the justice system that does not adequately assist victims of crime.
Pros: Near to my workplace. Free hours to pursue my voluntary work in counseling.
Cons: Cannot work in the field that I am qualified in - Psychology
