Am a peoples person and greatly enjoy working with amongs other co-workers

1. HANDLING A HIGH-CALL-VOLUME SWITCHBOARD 2. KEEPING RECORDS ON DIALED NUMBERS 3. TAKING/CONVEYING MESSAGES 4.TACTFUL AND EFFECTIVE HANDLING OF BOMB THREATS CALLS 5. KEEPING OF PUBLICATIONS OF NUMBERS/NAMES OF OFTENLY CONTACTED DEPARTMENTS/SERVICE PROVIDERS

Pros: as am blind but i can operate the computer and answer the telephone and transfer calls and i can also travel alone with the stick
Cons: everything is great but i feel like i need a challenge and spread my wings to other ventures were i would get a chance when it comes to growth regardless of my condition

Best Experience Ever.

I was one person who my supervisor can rely on. I had a good interpersonal relations with all my collegues. If they where shortage of stuff i was there to fill the gab. The office will be able to run smoothly despite shortage of stuff. If need be I also assisted as a switchboard operator. And also help at achives to draw files for the public.

Excellent learning opportunities

A public servants pride is the fulfilment of servicing the public at large on a daily basis and promoting the batho pele principles. The system of leading from one process to the next evolves from being a team player and acquiring an excellent working relationship with fellow colleagues. An excellent working opportunity that comprises of many challenges which is evolved by adopting ones own system in reaching finality. Priority being given to succeeded and excelling in any task assigned to one. Having a passion for the interests of the any subject matter and concluding any task with obtaining the content of the one requiring assistance is of paramount importance.

Experiential growth

The most challenging aspect of my job would have to be drafting memorandums to the Minister of Justice and Constitutional Development for his consideration. What i enjoy the most is the drafting of feedback letters to various aggrieved officials and interacting with them. I have learnt the procedure of dealing with grievances in the Public Service, drafting memorandums, drafting of letters to officials and how to cope when working under immense pressure. I have a very good working relationship with my colleagues as i am an easy going person who enjoys interacting with others.

I have attendend about 6 learning courses and archieved Certificates.

I'm a strong person who's willing to work and learn everyday, I do administration and working with members of the public. I like to help people not chase them away, I have learn a lot of work I do typing everyday and opening applications. I love the most to help wherever there's no one to help in the office and to help the people. the most challenging aspects is when the colleagues don't do their work and when they're absent I am always there to help.

Pros: It will give me an opprortunity to learn more work.
Cons: eight hours per day.

Exciting department to work at

Typical work day starts with review of yesterday work or task ,then draw plan for to day which includes major task which require more attention. Most challenging is work includes review of misallocation on budgets and rectify them in line with public financial management act

Hardworker

Opening files and give court dates,relationship with co workers perfect learnt to do things on my own not realling on someone else to do it for me ,what I enjoyed so far is doing enquiries between both parties and get them to make an agreement. What is so challenging is when you explain the procedure and people want to do things their ways,sometimes you get insults from respondent parties and you have to calm down and not take them personally lastly reaching deadlines

Systems Development

I have gained a reputation not only for my impressive work rate and integrity but also for my technical skills. I have strong Systems Development & ongoing Support, Project Management, End-User Application Training, Systems Analysis, First-Line Support, Management of Service Level Agreement with Service providers. I work effective in a team environment and very accurate.
