Great exposure to the mining industry

The Department of Mineral Resources provides a grea working environment where one can learn and grow in career line from internship level all through to management. The institution being a government institution offers a wide range of experience. I have learnt quite a lot within the line of my career from mining industy trends analsis,promotion of mining industry and policy formulation. The most enjoyable part of my job is research for the purpose of report writting and information publication.Having worked for the institution for more than 5 years now I have learnt to master even the most challenging tasks of the Job

Learning growth

I learn a lot and I'm grateful for the opportunity of working in such a versatile environment. The management listens to employees and take us seriously. There is training offered and certificates obtained from those training sessions
