A day im working 8 hours, with 45 minutes of lunch time.It is quite good working with people of this place because i have gain a lot of Experience. People of this organisation are friendly there is no discrimination between one another.But the most challenging thing that we are facing is the holiday because for a year we have only 20 days of leave.It means that some of them can not cope with these stated holidays. But for them filling the organisation needs.

Career development

I'm currently a Director :risk management at department of rural development.my responsibilities are to develop and implement risk management strategy, risk management policy, business continuity policy and framework. I also assist to develop rusk register(strategic and operational),monitoring of action plans on a quarterly basis and report to Risk Management Committee and Audit Committee. The most challenging aspect of my job is when the risk champions have to update progress of implementing action plans on risk management software but since I got the buy in from executive management it is no longer a hustle.

Pros: Great opportunity for growth
Cons: The department is too big

Good listener

I am a young individual who always strive for better result in everything that i touch especially in the working environment. I work very hard to show exactly that skills that i acquire in my career journey is always appreciated. My collegues are my best mentor as I always seek their understanding and differences in them in order to build strong working team however i do enjoy work as individually with less supervision gor me to have my own time to apply my mind in any task given.

Excellent learning curve

Structuring my day according to the most urgent to the least urgent documents or payments taking into consideration that the might be system downtime.Assisting colleagues on filling and submitting their claims for processing,I have learned to have an open mind and I was given the opportunity to participate in other division and not be job specific

Pros: To be acknowledged for hard by a performance bonus
