A bit of mixed feelings where this is concerned

You get to interact with different kinds of people as you meet or deal with different kids every yearly get experience different characters of people and they offer different kinds of intelligence.and having someone that looks up to you you to shape and direct them in the right path requires a lot of diligence in you because you can either make or destroy this individual for goo....learners are basically at a stage where they have mixed emotions they really need direction.

Pros: We don’t work long hours
Cons: The salary doesn’t really grow that much

Excellent learning journey

Iiit iit is a great oppportunity woth with learnets and helping them with their problems ang helping them reach theor full potential. great opportunitu.

Pros: Its a great opportunity to learn and give back to the community...also helping learners and schools with vulnerable learners.
Cons: Having to deal with children and their problems which are sometimes hard to bear and also dealing with difficult parents.s

Listening skill and communication skill

I am a young man who is willing to offer skills and knowledge gathered through studies. I am pro active. I can make decision. Can solve problems. Can lead a team. Liase with different stakeholders. Can work under pressure and go extra mile. I can also socialise and also a team player. I can guide and able to coach my subordinates

Pros: I work hard to ensure production in the organisation
Cons: I can work more than stipulated hours

Excellent learning curve

People are welcoming, a wonderful place to work, friendliest ever... Management sometimes ignore the inputs of employees but we managed to keep it going

Cons: Sometimes we work during the weekend and its not even overtime they just ask you to do it

My daily job

The Northern have a vast land area, so our schools who are my main clients are widely spread. 96 of them. Driving to them requires waking up early to get to schools. I have learnt so far a lot on how to use technology in the classroom. What I enjoy mostly about my job is The mos challenging part of my job are the long distances i have to drive.

Pros: Job certainty
Cons: No promotion opporunities

Good learning experiance

There's good relationship between us workers and learners,.Sometimes it is challenging because we deal with learners with problems back at home,different characters.Dealing with learners is very enjoyable because they are just angels, you punish them today, tomorrow they come and hugs you.Overcrowding is the worst challenge because you do not give them much special attention

Pros: Promote love,care and affection for others
Cons: less opportunity for promotion

Im a person who learn very fast and adapt on a new situation with a blink of an eye

I a person whos working extra 2 hours almost everyday at my current work i like computer and to know about new information and new technology. Ill like to work with a team and to be honest on our job. To meet deadlines and to work very hard

Good working environment increases productivity

am able to create, send, receive and read e-mails, filing documents, heavy duty printing, photocopying, scanning and faxing of documents which are performed using 4 in 1 machine. • I am also a good typist of document by that I can say I can be able to run, supervise and mange any office environment and produce good quality of result.

Pros: good organisational skills
Cons: crowded environment with learners

Excellent learning

i have learned a lot of work and so many challenges at work, also learned how to solve work related issues. i also learned how to use Persal system. so now i can work in groups or individual and i have communication skills.
