-Responsible For Receiving And Recording Canalisation Reports/Correspondence From 9 Sub-District Offices -He Is Also Responsible For Receiving Reports From Non-Governmental Institutions Like Children’s Homes, Schools of Industry, CMR, SAVF, And Places Of Safety -Responsible For Training And Orientation Of Admin: Clerks From Sub-District Offices And Social Auxiliary Workers about Reports Writing And Filing System. -Management Of Canalisation Files In Accordance With Department Filing System. -Liaison With Managers And Social Workers Within The Department And from all other Stake Holders Regarding Transfer, Extension, Discharge, Court Orders and Canalisation Letters. -Attending to incoming and outgoing faxes, photocopies . -Responsible for compiling monthly statistics. -

I have learnt alot in working with communities
I've worked with people almost everyday and I've also made an impact in society. I've referred clients to other stakeholders and build relationship with other organisations. I have assisted organisations on how to fill a business plan. I have done the recommends of organisation in order for them to qualify for funding in Department sector. I advice organisations who deal with skill development to implement other projects/programmes. I enjoyed to give disadvantage communities a social relief example-food parcels, blankets and school uniforms. Challenges aspect of the job is when organisations applied for funding after meeting all the funding criteria and they were not given any funds. It was a challenge to me as I was the one who was guiding them all the way.
Pros: I have not promoted but I moved to other unit where I work in court with children and adult who are in conflict with law.
