Good learning curve

I have grown for the past 5 ,years I have been with this company.My day would start with a SIM 1 meeting with my team to discuss three top downtimes for each line ,root cause ,corrective and preventative action therefore this will bevfolled by a SIM 2 meeting where the same is discussed but on a higher level.I have enjoyed working for this company and have good working relationship (but that does not mean I don't hold people accountable) with my surboordinates and supporting functions amongst other things I have learnt how to lead and participate in a root cause analysis ,how to implement change and sustain it,I enjoyed working on the shop floor the culture is diverse but the team is unified the only challenge is too many meetings sometimes in a day leaving little time to complete admin

Pros: Great opportunity for growth
Cons: Long hours

Excellent

I'm motivated to wake up every day and go to work. I've arrived in the company without knowing anything and they taught my lot o. What I enjoy the most is that the management makes sure you work safelyf stuff
