Excellent learning curves

A typical working day would start by basic admin and filling duties checking on emails and then working towards my list for the day I always work towards a planner as it keeps me in control of what needs to be done and how to go about it. my relationship with my co-workers is excellent we get along because i strongly believe in relationships built on mutual trust and understanding. In the beginning it was a bit challenging working in a construction company with little experience but because i am so eager to learn nothing stopped me from taking on this challenge and i do not regret anything. i love working with people and my job but i feel its time for a new challenge.

Pros: The working environment is good, and there are no long working hours.
Cons: There are no room for growth.

Much experienced earned

typical day would be described as busy always busy the environment is not to bad although there are 1 or 2 bad people trying to get people down i have learnt alot in terms of admin skills accounting skills and how to manage and work with people from different cultures. i would base my relationship with co-workers on mutual trust understanding. i love my job despite the challenges i enjoy working with people and trying new challenges.

Pros: there are no opportunities for promotion
Cons: There are straight shifts so no long hours
