Complex project management issues.

I managed to move from a built environment manager position where i was dealing with 9 coordinators (8 which wad based in the other provinces and 1 in gauteng where our Head Quarters are) to Construction Project Manager since March 2014. The latter position offered me a fair amount of growth opportunity through contineous personal development, further learning and working on complex projects. In the same year (2014) I was awarded the top individual performance award as well as receiving top team performance within the IDD division. I consider my employ within the infrastructure division of the DBSA, most difficult but most rewarding at the same time. I am strongly convinced and confidently geared that my exposure and experience gained in the last 5 years makes me ideal for any challenging position.

Training program to reach maximum that benefit one and the company at early stage

On a daily basis, we process our monthly intake, which includes new hiring, terminations, organizational changes, and the calculation of incentives and allowances. Using SAP payroll software to prepare employee salary for month-end. Our team works in a healthy, respectful atmosphere. My team and I share the same aims and exchange knowledge to achieve the best possible results for payroll and company growth; communication also contributes to our incredible team.

Pros: Recognising your hard work evaluates one's performance, improves one's skill set, and motivates you to take on new tasks in order to evolve. It can also help to motivate and empower other staff.
Cons: Ridiculous working hours can be draining and make employees unhappy. Long working hours should be managed probably in order to balance work life in the workplace. Unhappy employees are not motivated and unproductive and can affect the productivity of business
