Always being at the forfront of new technologies
We a small team consisting of 5 administrators. We have a professional relationship and we learn from one another. This also pushes one to be at your best. What i have learned is team work. We have a Wintel environment that consist of 188 servers and a storage platform. This also means that security of our environment is sure at all time.
Pros: Working with professions and have the support of managemnet for introducing new technologies
Cons: Not being promoted as our Operating model does not make room fo this.
