Good learning experience

Am interested in learning in agriculture especially implementing new things yo improve our productivity. Currently agriculture is the back bone of our economy and I believe a lot research has to be done in order to able to use most advanced systems and methodology in agriculture which intailes the use of more high seed vigor seeds which might be able to grow in variety of conditions. Trials and research also help seed companies and chemicals companies to be on top their game as to match world changes as it is evolving everyday.

Pros: Good working condition and learning conditions are super as we learn new things every day
Cons: We do work long ours due to the nature of our work

Excellent learning curve.

The relationship with my co-workers are excellent. The workload is heavy considering the intake in season. I have grown immensely being held accountable for the whole HR department.
