Great work experience

Great working experience. The co-workers were like one big family. Disagreements and conflict was handled timeously and openly. Teamwork and relations between departments was critical in ensuring that the goals of the company were met. Also one had to take into account impacts of decisions on other aspects of the business. Visionary leadership is one of the best things I take with me from DGB. Due to the complex product requirements and different customer requirements it was quite a challenge to keep balance. This made it exciting to work for the company

Great company

DGB is a fantastic family orientated company where everyone is part of the family! Execs are knowledgeable in their roles and also find the time to help and assist wherever possible.
