PROS AND CONS

Company culture limits employees in terms of growth, majority of employees stay in the business for a long period of years. The employee's are easist to work along aide with, management is more rigid and not flexible to adjust with changes in society. Management is not BEE compliant, however there are loads of opportunities to execute marketing activities without supervision. There are attainable yearly incentive trips for holidays, and opportunity to move around within the business. Xxmxmxmxmxmxmxmxmxmxmxmxm
