Growth Opportunity

Overseeing the whole production process mange surbodinates in order to achieve targets Most challenging aspect of job: to get surbodinates to be on the same mindset as myself my management style is open door policy, as well as firm but fair

Excellent learning

I have learn to work with so many people , it was good working in your company, i have enjoyed DHL company knows how to treat their workers and they are fair. What i liked the most is that i didn't work on weekends and the salary was fine by me.The most challenges is that sometimes u have to double delever their goods cause in other times there were so many goods u had to be more faster

Challenging

Working nigt shift only is a challenge on its own and having to multi-task is a given, you constantly have to keep keep an eye on the production line and insure you supply the correct product at all times. The is no room for error.

It is the most challenging but yet enjoyable working place with lot of things to learn daily

the current company is a great work place even though it has a whole lot of repetitive work and has many different pick of high volume of work and less pay but overall it is an awesome place to be working at

I'm a hardworking individual with an excellent skills

I just want to see my self one day adding an effirt to the company that empowers my skills and value my effort and my present. I have all energy to lift the company to the other level and i have a full understanding of how a company operate and needs.time management is tge key in every espect.team work and commitment.

Pros: They love me a lot because of solutions that i have have i don't leave task unattended always acting as if im the only person in the company.helping willing to make my collègues understand and value their work

Iam a fast learner

I am 40 years old father of 3kids ,hard worker I love both my work and my family .I am a very friendly person who can speak all most all of south African languages. I can work under pressure during typical work days I work double shift to deliver satisfaction to our clients .I have learnt to use safe shortcuts road to save time. I have good relationship with my co-workers and my supervisors I can easily use map and gps I enjoy exploring new places and delivering parcels safe and on time.my only challenge is when there is emergency at home and at work.

Pros: looking forward to be supervisor 1 day
Cons: I can work long hours

Great opportunity to learn and communicate/solve problems

We are challenged with space on a daily basis, as we receive more stock than what is going out. We can't turn containers away as we want to keep demurage cost down for the client. We have a good team with good communication throughout. We always try to do it right the first time and respect one another.

Pros: Great opportunity to build experience.
Cons: Cannot grow further in company
