Poor work environment

The work environment is poor and management perpetuates the hostility. The salary is also not worth the working hours/lack of work life balance. The clients and work we do is great but there’s very little exposure to various fields of the law despite there being many opportunities for exposure

I have learnt a lot from my company

I have been with my current employer for over 5 years and over the years I have grown into what I do and very good at my job. However, I feel that the time has come for me to venture out into my field of study so that I can learn from mentors of the industry.

Cons: Very limited growth
