Excellent learning curve

A typical work day is like a weekend feel as the company is not that corporate. I get along well with my team as i'm new they always willing to help and i'm never scared to ask or feel bad when i make a mistake. I have learnt a lot about customers, dealing with people. I enjoy the stuff meetings. Challenge is that i was new to the job.

Excellent learning curve

Great company to work for. The culture is amazing. Reason I want to leave this great company is because the salary is not competitive. There are no benefits and it's hard to advance in life. The salary is just to survive.

A great way to start off

Working at Dp has been a great experience that I will take with and grow myself in everyday and every step I take. I have learnt various skills and knowledge from different departments, from the contact center to the reception you name it.It was a great environment to work in with great individuals that were very kind and hard working. I enjoy being in the office and speaking to clients having conversations and sharing ideas with my team which made my days even better. The most challenging thing I faced was that they were a few empty promise which kept me at ease but above all I will always be grateful for the opportunity granted.

Excellent

I have learnt a lot as a blended agent eg such as to communicate with client via email and calls. The most of things that i have learnt is that to be open to your co workers and enjoy what you do at that time. the culture of the company is very exciting and enjoyable as a worker totally different form my previous jobs . The system form the fist month I stated there.

I work in an environment when transparency and people are important. The CEO embraces transparency even if the news given is not great. People are relaxed and have freedom to express themselves and their opinions. NB! Agile PM course to be completed on the 01/03/2019

Gained experienced

My current company has a great social business culture. It’s good to work there because the strive to build team work although it cripples them because of the too laid back culture, they could do more. The relationships I have are great due to my kind of work I get to interact with most departments which I prefer so I can have a holistic view of everything and what the business needs to improve and where, I learn everyday about how people think and how I react to those situations helps me grow and understand people more which in turn improves my people skills

Fun atmosphere. Great learning curve

I did recruitment. Screening CVs and conducting telephonic interviews. Booked in candidates for panel interviews. Admin. I created employee folders. Scanned documents, collected missing documents.

Pros: Great corporate culture
Cons: Long working hours with no benefits
