Good learning curve
The company provides a good learning opportunity as it has a number of clients that require different IT based services, from remote assistance, device configurations, router configurations, assistance with Fiber clients from VumaTel, and others like AlwaysOn, that dealt with wireless connectivity and Internet Solutions that deals with router configuration. The work experience is good in regards to working as an individual and within a team. In regards to office politics, I believe every company has it's up and downs but that doesn't make it appropriate for one to disclose the flaws.

It’s a excellent learning curve, as you can grow in the company
- Nccd (Nandos) inbound call centre - Team leader - Making sure that we reach Sla 90% or above - Leading the team and developing (up skilling team members - Making sure that i roster right amount of agents for the day - Agents come to work - Doing their KPI - having team sessions with the team and one on one coaching - Making sure that everyone is doing their work and being a team player

Learning Curve
Full on pressure. More work than Pay. No benefits. Colleagues are super nice. Managers are biased and personal. HR is not professional. The hours aren't a problem. What I hated the most was that there's no benefits. What I enjoyed the most was that there was someone to help (its my job)

The hours are very long.
Relationship with my co-workers is very good, well all can communicate and work well. I have learned how not to be afraid to be myself and have freedom of speech. The friends I have made, is the best. The hours and shift are crazy because as I person you would like to get weekend off, which is something that is hard to get.
Pros: Well it is a great opportunity to have your work experience and it teaches you how become a good professional person when dealing with customers, how you should handle difficult customers so for experience wise is very good.

Excellent learning curve
I've worked for two major companies MWEB Business doing technical support for Business ADSL. Troubleshooting connectivity issues, Router configurations and mail support. Currently working for DSG support the AlwaysOn WiFi (Product of Internet Solutions) Here we troubleshoot all all kinds of devices ranging from Laptops, Tablets, Phones and all WiFi enabled devices Troubleshooting connectivity issues, browsing issues and mail support. My short term goal is to get my CCNA qualification. Always willing to learn all to improve my knowledge and skills.
Pros: Seeking new knowledge and skills.
Cons: No growth, long working hours and less money.

Learning
I enjoy assisting to the best of my ability, whether it be customers calling in or any co-worker asking for assisting. I am always willing to go out of my way in order to assist other. I have learnt to deal with irate customer in the best way possible. I have seen myself grow, become really confident about what i do and do work with confidence.
