Excellent Learning Curve

The company started new and has undergone a lot of changes while working there. A typical work day consists of planning and working towards the next shoot or series. The relationship between co-workers is mostly digital, but is great, as everyone interacts with each other. Planning and production line is probably the skill that I have developed the most. Working and training the kids at the school is probably my favorite part of the job.

Pros: Great opportunity to be part of the production industry
Cons: Unplanned working hours and no strong communication from head office
