Excellent learning experience

I embarked on a learnership programme with BANKSETA by working at diners club international. From the wonderful journey working at diners club, i have learned alot of how the banking industry works, the parties involved and how best to satisfy our customers needs and meet their expectations.

Excellent company to work for

The company encourages teamwork; initiative and growth. Opens the door to learn different aspects of the business and has an open forum policy. Employees get invited to the Manco meetings so as to understand how the business is run on a day to day basis. The most challenging part I working with different people of different races, culture and religion.

Pros: opportunity for growth and opportunity
Cons: long hours
